How to calculate if your rent is too high?

Use the WWS points system (Housing Valuation System). This system awards points for:

  • Amenities (shower, kitchen, toilet)
  • Quality of the property

Based on the number of points, there is a maximum rent. Check the official Rent Tribunal tool for an exact calculation.
