Do I have to pay for legal advice?
No! All help on this page is free. The Juridisch Loket, Inspectie SZW and our AI assistant cost nothing. Only if you want to hire a lawyer for a lawsuit, you have to pay (but often you can apply for legal aid at the Legal Aid Board).
Can I get legal advice in my own language?
Yes! Our AI assistant speaks: Dutch, Polish, Turkish, Romanian, Bulgarian, Portuguese and English. The Juridisch Loket and FNV also have interpreters available for most languages.
What if I don't have a residence permit?
You ALWAYS have the right to legal help, even without a residence permit. The Juridisch Loket helps everyone, regardless of your status. If you're being exploited, you can report this to Inspectie SZW - they can help you without reporting you.
Can my employer find out that I sought help?

Your employer may NOT just fire you. Especially not if you're:
